Peachtree Farmer’s Market
Let me tell you, @ptreefarmersmkt knows how to throw a market! I mean,
you name it…they have it. A fresh selection of everything from #local butchers, growers, farms, flowers, jams and crafts. Such a beautiful morning in #ATLANTA as well. Perfect day for a demo. ? To keep with the series which highlights cooking without a recipe, I prepared a #sauteed
Georgia Peach Salad with all ingredients purchased from the market. For
the finishing touch, I made a peach balsamic dressing to bring those
greens to LIFE! I absolutely had a blast …thanks again to Sara G and
my amazing assistant for all your work to make this happen.
